My experience
In recent years, I have designed and facilitated workshops and keynotes for international companies, universities, and non-profit organizations. My path has taken me through Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
From 2023 to 2025, I developed and delivered internal resilience and mental health formats at Jungheinrich. During this time, I worked with a wide range of target groups, from executives and project teams to dual students.
As a workshop moderator trained by the Haufe Akademie and an expert in Change Management and Train the Trainer, I combine sound didactic skills with extensive business experience. This combination allows me to guide teams safely through complex change processes and to actively engage all participants. I understand the internal reality of organizations and bring this insight directly into the collaboration with your teams.
