From Survival Mode to True Resilience: Keynotes that inspire and transform.
From Knowledge to Action: Making Mental Health Tangible
Often a single moment is enough to change your perspective. In the world of KPIs and deadlines mental health is often treated as a private matter. But the reality of the daily workplace is often different.
My keynotes provide exactly that impulse which shifts the perspective: away from mere efficiency toward a sustainable resilience that touches people and strengthens teams.
Psychological stress is not conveyed in the abstract but in a way that truly moves people and prompts them to take action.
Why Keynotes on Resilience?
Psychological stress has long become a strategic topic for organisations. The direct and indirect costs of absenteeism, overload and lack of motivation are high, not only financially but also in human terms.
A keynote is often the first step toward lasting change. It raises awareness, motivates leaders and employees and opens space for dialogue before challenges escalate.
Organisations that focus on resilience benefit from:
More motivation
Inspiration that lasts.
New insights foster joy at work and awareness of one’s own mental strength.
Increased engagement
See employees
Employees who feel seen and supported show higher levels of commitment and identification with the company.
Stronger teams
Honest openness
An open approach to mental health strengthens mutual trust and sustainably improves the corporate culture.
Reduced absentism
Early inspiration
Prevention is the best investment. Early awareness helps identify stress before it leads to long-term absences.
My Experience
In recent years I have given keynotes and workshops for international companies, universities, non-profit organisations and conferences in countries including Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the United Kingdom.
From 2023 to 2025 I shaped internal keynotes and workshops on resilience and mental health at Jungheinrich for a range of audiences, both nationally and internationally.
My combination of business expertise and knowledge of mental health makes my work distinct. I understand the realities within organisations and translate them into impulses that create impact.
Your Challenges – My Topics
Mental health is not a theoretical concept for me. I demonstrate that the path from severe panic attacks in youth to resilience in international business is possible.
Today I combine this story with 20 years of experience in corporate headquarters. I show that openness is not a weakness but the foundation for true strength and sustainable success in modern organizations.
Based on this I support organizations in tackling these four core challenges:
Strengthen reslience
From Survival to Success
Resilience can be learned. I share my personal strategies and show teams how to stay healthy even under high pressure and proactively protect their performance.
Mastering change
Change begins in the mind.
Based on my own journey I show how to reduce resistance and embrace transformation as an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Fostering courage
True Openness
Taboos cost money and energy. I convey how to create a culture of psychological safety where people dare to speak about stress before it leads to burnout or absence.
Building team cohesion
True Connection
Strong teams are built on authenticity. I convey how modern leadership through openness strengthens cohesion and creates an environment where people can give their best.

Who are my keynotes for?
Resilience is a universal skill.
I bridge the gap between different walks of life and offer tailored support in the following areas:
Business and Corporations
My insights are designed for people who carry responsibility or face significant challenges.
Whether executive boards, managers, or the entire workforce, I engage with all levels of an organization.
Together, we build awareness of mental health as a strategic success factor.
Education & Social Sector
Furthermore, I bring the topic of resilience specifically to educational institutions and non-profit organizations.
I support students, teachers, and teams in the social sector in sustainably strengthening their mental resilience.
Especially where people are the focus, mental health is the most vital resource.
A Promise for Everyone
Resilience is not a matter of position or age, but a skill that every person can develop.
My goal is to inspire courage and provide practical tools for a healthy daily life.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a keynote last?
Experience shows that the ideal duration for a keynote speech is between 45 and 60 minutes. A subsequent interactive Q&A session with the audience is a wonderful added bonus. This remains entirely optional and is tailored entirely to your schedule.
What is the specific structure and content of a keynote?
The exact structure is flexibly tailored to your objectives. The basis is always a central theme, with content assembled in a modular way from various building blocks. These include:
- Personal story: From experiencing severe panic attacks in my youth and isolation after dropping out of university, to successfully building resilience in international business.
- Facts, figures and data: The current state of mental health in the workplace.
- Focus on prevention: The stages of burnout, typical risk factors and specific warning signs of increasing instability in oneself and within the team.
- Pragmatic everyday hacks: Tools that can be put into practice straight away, such as the Circle of Control, methods from mindfulness-based stress reduction, or the core foundations of resilience.
Which target groups are the talks suitable for?
The keynotes bridge the gap between different spheres of life and reach all levels of an organisation:
- Executives and management: Ideal for annual conferences, executive meetings or strategic team events to establish mental health as a leadership priority.
- Staff and project teams: Perfect for workplace health days or departmental meetings to strengthen psychological safety and personal resilience.
- Young professionals and trainees: Early guidance for dual-study students and those starting their careers to build a healthy foundation for their careers right from the start.
In what formats can the keynotes be delivered?
The format depends on your organisational circumstances. You can choose between three flexible formats:
- In person: A traditional live presentation for maximum energy and direct, personal interaction at your events or annual conferences.
- Online: An interactive digital keynote or webinar that makes a strong impact even via a screen.
- Remote live: I will be connected live via a stream to your physical event venue to engage interactively with your on-site audience.
How do you ensure that the keynote is tailored to the challenges facing our company?
There are no off-the-shelf presentations. In a joint briefing session, we analyse your current situation, the target audience and your specific objectives in the area of workplace wellbeing in advance. On this basis, I tailor the key topics precisely to your company. The insights speak directly to your managers and reflect the reality of your day-to-day business.
What sets your keynotes apart from traditional resilience talks?
The combination of lived experience and deep business expertise. I know both worlds from personal experience: the absolute low point caused by severe panic attacks in my youth, and the reality of over 20 years’ experience in category management and business development at the headquarters of international corporations. I do not give theoretical talks. I share an authentic story and translate it into practical tools. This breaks the ice immediately, removes the taboo surrounding mental health and creates an atmosphere of honest openness.
From Impulse to Impact
My keynotes are not meant only to be heard. They provide impulses that can make a difference in everyday work life, whether in response to immediate challenges or as part of long-term growth.
If this has sparked your interest, feel free to get in touch by phone or email. I am happy to answer your questions personally and without obligation.
