Workshops on Mental Health and Resilience
Workshops create space for depth, exchange and shared reflection. They go beyond raising awareness and support participants in engaging more consciously with mental health, resilience and personal responsibility in everyday working life.
My workshops are designed to be practical, accessible and grounded in real experiences. They offer a protected setting in which participants can pause, reflect and develop new perspectives together.
Why Workshops?
A keynote can inspire, a workshop helps anchor what has been learned.
Especially in organisations facing change or experiencing noticeable pressure, an interactive format offers decisive added value. In this way, organisations create not only short term motivation, but long term stability and performance.
Workshops help to:
Actively reducing stress and strain
Strengthening cooperation and trust within teams
Engaging employees in processes of change
Developing practical strategies for greater resilience
My experience
I have designed and delivered workshops for international companies, universities, non profit organisations and conferences. This includes formats in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the United Kingdom.
Since 2023, I have had the opportunity to develop and facilitate internal workshops on resilience, mental health and change at Jungheinrich, both for teams in Germany and internationally.
This combination of business experience and mental health expertise makes my workshops distinctive. I understand how organisations work and bring this understanding directly into my work with teams.
Topics, content and impulses
Depending on the needs of the group, I work with different thematic focuses in my workshops.
One possible focus is on developing a conscious awareness of mental health and stability, in order to recognise strain at an early stage and to cultivate a healthy way of dealing with it.
Alternatively, I introduce the model of the Circle of Concern, Influence and Control, which helps to clearly define responsibility and to direct energy intentionally towards one’s own sphere of influence.
A third focus explores the roots of resilience and the question of how personal experiences, inner attitudes and learned patterns shape mental strength over time.
Regardless of the thematic focus, the workshops always combine interactive elements with practical impulses:
Training resilience sustainably
Developing strategies and applying them in everyday life
Building mental strength
Using challenges as opportunities for growth
Strengthening team cohesion
Fostering communication and trust
Developing courage for change
Finding security in uncertain times
Delivery
Each workshop is tailored to your organisation and your employees and can be delivered either online or in person.

Who these workshops are designed for
My workshops are aimed at leadership levels, project teams and departments who want to strengthen their collaboration and explore new ways of dealing with pressure.
Resilience is not only an individual quality, but a shared capability that becomes tangible and trainable within teams.
From listening to action
Workshops are the next step after a keynote or a standalone format for working specifically on current challenges and making change tangible in everyday practice.
